After the January 3 episode of AEW Dynamite, All Elite Wrestling taped matches for the January 5 episode of AEW Rampage from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.

• Kris Statlander & Willow Nightingale def. Notorious Mimi & Kenedi Copeland
• Hikaru Shida def. Anna Jay
• Wheeler Yuta def. Komander (with Alex Abrahantes) to retain the ROH Pure Championship.
