Former champions will clash on the September 3 episode of WWE NXT.
Pete Dunne and Trick Williams have been feuding in recent weeks. Dunne beat Williams on the August 6 episode of NXT. Williams then cost Dunne his chance to earn a shot at the NXT Championship on the August 20 episode of NXT.
On the August 27 episode, WWE announced that Dunne will face Williams on the September 3 episode. Otherwise, no matches or segments have been announced. However, the show will come just days after NXT No Mercy, so it’s fair to assume that it will feature plenty of fallout.
