All Elite Wrestling and Adult Swim teamed up for the Battle for the Booty tournament at San Diego Comic-Con on July 25th. Orange Cassidy, Willow Nightingale, Johnny Valkyrie, and Taya Valkyrie represented AEW in the competition. Meanwhile, Fang, Meatwad, Mr. Frog, and Rachel represented Adult Swim.
The Adult Swim characters were played by independent wrestlers. Vinnie Massaro was in the Meatwad costume, and he subsequently took to Twitter to note that he kept the suit, so he was taking bookings.
Orange Cassidy and Willow Nightingale ultimately won the tournament by beating Johnny TV and Taya Valkyrie.
